描述
This barefoot hiking model uses a mid-cut structure to add more upper coverage than a standard low-cut barefoot shoe. The stitched upper extends around the ankle, while a padded collar surrounds the rearfoot area.
At the same time, metal lace hooks and lower eyelets create several adjustment points from the forefoot toward the ankle. A large protective overlay wraps around the toe and continues along the lower sidewall. Therefore, the design combines barefoot-inspired proportions with a more protective light-hiking construction.
The outsole also uses a repeated deep polygonal lug pattern from forefoot to heel. As a result, the shoe has a more outdoor-focused footprint than a casual barefoot walking model.

Key Features
1. Mid-Cut Barefoot Hiking Structure
The upper rises above the ankle area and uses a padded collar around the rearfoot.
Therefore, the shoe provides more surrounding coverage than a low-cut barefoot style while keeping the overall platform visually low and trail-focused. This construction makes the model suitable for brands developing barefoot-inspired light hiking collections.
2. Multi-Point Metal Lace Hardware
The closure system combines lower lace guides with several metal hooks positioned higher on the upper.
As a result, wearers can adjust tension across different parts of the instep and ankle area. Moreover, the metal hardware gives the shoe a clear hiking-oriented construction rather than a casual sneaker appearance.
3. Reinforced Wraparound Toe Protection
A broad dark overlay covers the front of the shoe and extends around both sides of the toe.
This additional structure helps protect the main upper from common contact with stones, branches and rough trail surfaces. In addition, the raised toe section gives the forefoot a stronger outdoor protection zone.
4. Extended Sidewall and Heel Reinforcement
The dark lower reinforcement continues from the forefoot along the side of the shoe and rises significantly around the heel.
Therefore, the upper gains more structural coverage in areas that often contact uneven outdoor surfaces. Meanwhile, the higher rear panel visually supports the heel zone and connects the upper more clearly with the outsole platform.
5. Full-Foot Deep Lug Outsole
The outsole uses repeated hexagonal and polygonal lugs across the forefoot, midfoot perimeter and heel.
Because the tread continues across most of the outsole surface, the design creates multiple contact edges for outdoor terrain. Moreover, the deeper pattern positions this model closer to light hiking than to everyday minimalist walking footwear.
