描述

This trail running shoe combines a flexible textile upper with a more structured support system around the midfoot and rearfoot.

The side overlay connects the lace area with the lateral upper. Therefore, it gives the shoe a clearer support framework without covering the entire textile base. At the same time, the forefoot uses additional reinforcement around the toe-side area.

Underfoot, the shoe features a substantial sculpted midsole. Moreover, the outsole uses separate lug zones across the forefoot, midfoot and heel. As a result, the overall construction fits trail-focused footwear programs that need a technical outdoor appearance while maintaining a running-oriented silhouette.

Key Features

Reinforced Midfoot Frame

The upper uses a broad structural overlay around the lace and midfoot area.

Therefore, the lace system connects with a larger support zone instead of relying only on small eyelet reinforcements. In addition, this structure gives brands a clear area for logo placement, panel changes and material customization.

Textile Upper with Targeted Reinforcement

Large textile sections remain visible through the forefoot and side upper, while added overlays strengthen key structural areas.

As a result, the design keeps the upper visually lighter than a heavily paneled hiking shoe. Meanwhile, the reinforced sections help define the toe, midfoot and heel zones more clearly.

Protective Forefoot Construction

The toe area includes an extended overlay that wraps around the front and lower side of the shoe.

This structure adds an extra protective layer around a high-contact area. Moreover, the layered forefoot design creates additional options for material, texture and color development during OEM/ODM sampling.

Cushioned Sculpted Platform

The midsole has a relatively substantial profile with visible sidewall shaping through the forefoot and heel.

Therefore, the shoe develops a more cushioned trail-running direction than a minimal outdoor model. However, the exact midsole material, density and performance specification can follow each buyer’s product brief.

Multi-Directional Trail Lug Layout

The outsole uses multiple angular lug shapes across the forefoot and heel rather than one repeated tread block.

Meanwhile, the midfoot includes a more defined central zone with surrounding tread elements. Consequently, the outsole creates a clearly segmented trail structure that can support further OEM development around lug geometry and sole configuration.

OEM / ODM Customization

We support OEM and ODM trail running shoe development for footwear brands, importers, distributors, retailers and sports channels.

Customization options can include upper material combinations, reinforcement layouts, colorways, lace systems, logo placement, midsole specifications, outsole design, size range and packaging.

In addition, we can develop custom logo trail running shoes and private label trail footwear according to your target market, price positioning and design brief.

Recommended Use

This model suits trail running collections, gravel paths, park trails, mixed outdoor routes and general trail-inspired performance footwear programs.

Because the shoe combines a running-based upper with a more aggressive outsole structure, it can also support brands that want to expand from general outdoor footwear into a dedicated trail running category.
